Test_Lab: Summer Sessions 2023 presents the outcomes of this year’s Summer Sessions residencies. The projects will be demonstrated live and the audience will be invited to ‘test’ the artworks hands-on.

Every year, V2_ invites a group of up-and-coming artists to spend their summer at V2_Lab for an intense short-term residency. During these so-called Summer Sessions, the selected artists are given the opportunity to develop an artwork in close collaboration with V2_’s expert developers, curators and project managers.

The results are presented during ‘Test_Lab: Summer Sessions 2023’.

Test_Lab

Test_Lab is a public events series organized by V2_ that provides an informal setting for the presentation, demonstration, testing and discussion of artistic research and development.

Summer Sessions

Every year, V2_ invites a group of emerging artists to spend the summer at V2_Lab in an intensive short-term residency. During the Summer Sessions, each artist is given the opportunity to develop an artwork in close collaboration with V2_’s expert developers, curators and project managers. Representing a range of countries and media-art disciplines, the Summer Sessions facilitate an exchange of ideas, skills and perceptions that has been surprising audiences for a decade.
