European artists or collectives can apply with a proposal for a two-months residency taking place between March & October 2023. The artists will be collaborating with a person of their choice or a person local to the host institution. The European Media Art Platform (EMAP), co-funded by Creative Europe, is a consortium of 16 leading European organisations specialised in Digital and Media Art, Bio Art and Robotic Art – including iMAL. Through open calls, EMAP offer residencies for artists, collectives or other collaborations, but also provides an international platform to promote and disseminate the produced works.
