The Archive We Live In- A Crossroads of Struggles - Stories, Listening, Traces

  • La Vieille Chéchette 2 Rue du Monténégro Saint-Gilles, Bruxelles, 1060 Belgium (map)

The archive we live in – a crossroads of struggles, will take place from June 2 to 24 at La Vieille Chéchette.

Throughout this period an audio archive will be built with the stories of struggle of each, each passing through the Vieille Chéchette.

On Friday June 9 at 7 p.m. , activists and their collectives are particularly invited to share, tell and record an event, an aspect, a practice of their struggle.

This moment will also be a moment of meeting and you will be invited to exchange with another person to find the story you want to share and then you will record it in the form of a short interview.

To facilitate the preparation of this evening, please register by sending an email to archivewelivein.lutte@protonmail.com

The archive we live in is a participatory project initiated by Laura Oriol. It is a research on the participation of the public to make it co-author of the artistic work, of the poetic moment and to experience art as a meeting place.

This project is supported by Nadine vzw , radical_house and by the Vlaamse Gemeenschapscommissie
