Algorithmic Filmmaking is a course for filmmakers, creative coders, and anyone else interested in tools for non-traditional editing and filmmaking.

School for Poetic Computation brings this course that will explore new relationships between audience and performer, and between in-person and remote audiences, especially focusing on the way technology can create new, less passive forms of audienceship and how that role can extend beyond a single physical space.

The hands-on nature of the course will give us a deeper understanding of how technology affects our bodies and how it can be used creatively to share the narratives we wish to convey.
